New Patient Information
Your first visit to Newton-Brighton Dermatology sets the foundation for our relationship with you. There will be more paperwork and administrative tasks than at future visits. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time on you initial visit. To make it more efficient we ask that you print out and bring in our new patient forms already completed.
Your First Visit
During the first visit, we make sure to obtain important background information, like your medical history and your current medications. Please bring a current list of all treating physicians and medicines that you take (both prescription and non-prescription)
